1. By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service.2. Payments are currently only accepted through PayPal invoices. Work will be started once payment is received.3. A sketch or thumbnail will be given to you before the lining and coloring process. You may then ask for any changes, or give the “OK” to finish.4. Please have a general idea of what you’d like before commissioning. References of characters, poses, outfits, etc, are helpful and gladly taken; but not 100% necessary.5. Extremely detailed characters or backgrounds may have an extra fee.6. You are allowed to post and use the final image in any way you wish as long as it is not for commercial use or profit.7. I may post the final image on different sites, or use it as an example of my work (the exception being if the image is a gift or private art). If it is fanart and I’d like to use it as a sticker, poster, etc; I will give you a free copy if so.8. Please allow a four to six week window for completion. If expected to be longer, you will be given advance notice.9. Refunds are subject to the situation and level of progress on the picture. Later stages may be partial only or ineligible for a refund.10. My work may not be used with any AI image generator, NFTs, or other machine learning programs.
How the Process Works
Communication will be through DM or Email. We can discuss details on what you'd like and the cost - I'll send you an invoice for payment before the work begins. Then we go through these stages, depending on which commission type you choose:Thumbnails -> Sketch -> Linework -> Color -> Shading/Highlights
Timing and Schedule:
Please allow 4-6 weeks to complete your commission. This time allows for communication between us at each stage, any edits, and drawing itself. If I expect to take longer for any reason, I will always let you know.
Payments:
Currently only taking payments through Paypal. I will need your Paypal email to send you an invoice. I find invoices are the safest option for both parties.
Usage of Image:
You may post and use the image in any way you wish - as long as you’re not using it for commercial use or profit (example: stickers, prints, book covers, etc). If you are looking for a commercial use image - we would need to discuss different options and fees.
